VAT AND TAXES INCLUDED

All prices at arendalsound.eu include EU VAT and taxes. This means there are absolutely no hidden costs for our end consumers when ordering at arendalsound.eu from within the EU economic area. If you are an EU company with a valid VAT number, we can sell VAT-free. Please contact sales@arendalsound.com.

For shipments to destinations you do not find in the country list, please contact us for a shipping quote as current shipping quotes in shopping cart are not applicable for these areas.

*For non-EU customers VAT will be handled by the carrier. We do not offer VAT inclusive for customers outside EU. The carrier will apply local handling fees when clearing consignments through customs outside EU. There may be handling fees from the carrier in the import process. Arendal Sound can not be held responsible for these.

TOF – TRANS-O-FLEX

By using TOF (Trans-O-Flex) we offer the best possible shipping of your products. If you place your order within 12.00 CET regular business days we will be able to ship the order the same day (extraordinary exceptions excepted). Normal lead times with TOF service in Europe is 1-5 days depending where you live.

*We offer only free shipping within Europe for orders above €500, with exceptions. Please contact us if you are a customer outside Europe and we will quote strong shipping rates.

TRACK & TRACE

You will receive a delivery confirmation including tracking information from TOF once your order has been dispatched. All packages ship via the TOF hub in Germany from Norway and are then distributed to the destination countries. This will also be shown by the online tracking service.

NOTE: Please check your SPAM filter before contacting us if you have not yet received any shipment notifications by email.

DELIVERY TERMS

Our shipments are insured and until you sign the delivery papers, we are the responsible party. When you receive your new product from Arendal Sound, please check to ensure there is no damage. If you discover any damage after unpacking that may have been caused by transportation, we request you contact us immediately and if possible, send a photo of the damage to Arendal Sound at sales@arendalsound.com.

IMPORTANT! When you receive your product, you will be asked to sign for that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. It is very important that you check the box for any damages before you sign the papers. Remember, you are the responsible party after signing the papers. If there are any damages on the box such as rips, dents etc, please ask the courier to wait while you check the product inside the box, before you sign the consignment note. Remember to comment any damages on the shipping papers, even if it is only the carton that is damaged. If you do not make a comment, we likely can’t hold TOF responsible for the damage.

RETURN PROCEDURES

In order for a return to be valid within our return policies, it must dispatched within the time period that starts running when you receive (when the first delivery attempt was made or when the package was ready for pick up) your order. Both product and packaging must be complete and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not fulfill those requirements will be shipped back at the customer’s expense, or we will deduct a percentage of the refund. The returned goods will be closely checked for completeness and possible damages before we make the refund.

We do not offer returns for business customers.

Please contact returns@arendalsound.com in advance regarding any returns to be accepted and Arendal Sound will handle all returns with TOF, from our side. Please see the below section for return costs.

RETURN COSTS

If you want to return a product within our return policies, we are making this easy for you. Instead of stating return costs in case by case for each customer, we are offering a fixed price for everyone. The return costs are calculated by 10% of the product price, with a minimum of 29EUR and maximum 149EUR. No matter the product size and weight. We do not refund shipping fees, if any. These fee’s apply to EU customers only, for global sales, please get in touch with us for an individual price.

If the product(s) are damaged in any way, please take pictures of scratches, dents and other damages and send them to us in advance. We will charge you for the damages and labour cost related to checking the product if there are damages. Our hourly rates are EUR 79,- + taxes.

We require to use our own carrier so we can handle the VAT refund for the full refund we would owe you. This will be your cheapest and most convenient way for you, we promise. Please note we will not be able to return any VAT/taxes for non-EU customers. This will need to be applied to the local government by the customer when the shipment is done. If you for some reasons are sending the product back via your own choice of carrier, we will deduct the custom fees (if any) we are being charged by the carrier from the sum of refund.
